We're from Manaog too. My lolo is Federico Carbonel Mangonon. He retired from the Philippine army. And your father is the cousin of my grandfather. I met some of our relatives in Manaog about 4 months ago when I met Elizabeth Mangonon in the IBA hospital here in the Philippines. She was the Chief nurse of the hospital.
My 2 questions: (1) What is "lolo"(grandfather?) & (2) what is IBA short for?
